Zachary R. Galemore, 57, of Hanover, died peacefully while surrounded by his family at the Penn State - Milton S. Hershey Medical Center on Monday, July 29, 2013 following a long illness.
Born on Tuesday, September 27, 1955 in Topeka, KS, he was one of seven children to the late Alva and Wilma Isaacs Galemore.
Mr. Galemore worked as a Director of Environmental Research for numerous hospitals across the United States. He had a love for the outdoors and hunting. Zachary especially loved his dogs, and was a father to his four legged children.
Survivors include his wife of 10 years; Donna Galemore; two sons; Zachariah Galemore, and his wife, Christy, of Hanover and Joshua Galemore, of Baltimore, MD; two daughters; Rachel Greenholt, and her husband, Timothy, of McSherrystown and Leah Gallek, of Coatesville; nine grandchildren; a step-son; Jeremy Novinger, and his wife, Rayna, Dormer, of Dauphin; and two step-daughters; Heather Novinger of Harrisburg, and Jessica Addeo, and her husband, Ryan, of Pittsburgh.
Services will be private.
