William C. Miller

William C. Miller, 66, beloved husband of Patricia A. Miller, of Hanover, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022 at UPMC Hanover due to medical conditions.

Born Wednesday, July 27, 1955 in York, he was a son of the late Millard M. and Mary J. Fitzpatrick Miller. Bill was active with Mt. Olivet Church where he was an active lay speaker and enjoyed volunteering with children’s activities during Sunday school. In his younger years, he played baseball and enjoyed bowling. He took pride in spending time with his grandchildren and was a beloved grampy and poppop. Bill also enjoyed hunting and cooking.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 37 years, is one son, Christopher W. Miller and his wife, Elizabeth; three grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca, and Caroline; three siblings, Mary Snyder, David, and John Miller; numerous; and nine puppies.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 10 AM at First United Methodist Church 200 Frederick Street, Hanover with the Rev. Dr. B. Michael Brossman officiating.
