William D. Babylon
William D. Babylon, 72, of Hanover, passed away unexpectedly at York Hospital on February 15, 2016.
A son of the late Reba Babylon Haines, William proudly served in the US Navy. He worked most of his life as a truck driver and retired from Lincoln Bus Lines.
Surviviors include his wife, Joyce; daughters, Michele Babylon, Teresa Babylon, Donna Wade, Loretta Hartlaub and Donna Gardner; sons, Michael Reese and Darryl Reese; and siblings, Caroline Smith, Curtis Haines, Jr., Dianne Noel, Judy Atwater and Edward Welsh.
He was loved more than words can express and will be greatly missed.A celebration of the life of William Babylon will be held at 12 noon Saturday, February 20, 2016 in the "Upper Room" at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 30 W. Chestnut Street, Hanover, with Pastor Herb Resig officiating.
