Vincent K. Sott

Vincent K. Sott, 72, beloved husband and high school sweetheart of Eileen Sundra Sott, entered into God’s eternal care after passing away unexpectedly on Friday, December 6, 2024 at his home.

Born on March 9, 1952 in Wilkes Barre, PA, Vince was the son of the late Theresa McDermott. He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School in Kingston, PA and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. Vince was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.  Throughout his career, he worked for the Budd Company in Philadelphia, Marada Industries in Westminster, MD, and retired from Schindler Elevator in Hanover in 2018. Vince enjoyed spending time with his wife,children and grandchildren.  He loved traveling and all sports, especially Philadelphia sports and Villanova basketball.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of nearly 50 years, are his three children, Kelly Sott, Kristy Sott Kennedy and her husband, Jamie, and Vinny Sott; three grandchildren, Keegan, Millie, and Mackey Kennedy; and one brother, Patrick Rogan.
