Vincent A. Geppi, Sr., 92, of Hanover, beloved husband of Louise Geppi, entered into God’s eternal care on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Hanover Hall Nursing Center.
Born on Monday, April 20, 1925 in Baltimore, MD, he was a son of the late Vincent and Rosalia Geppi. Vincent was a US Navy veteran of World War II and retired from Koven’s Furniture in Baltimore. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 67 years is a daughter, Rosalia Liberto and her husband, Salvatore, of Baltimore; a son, Vincent A. Geppi, Jr. of Hanover; a brother, Joseph Geppi of Baltimore; three grandchildren, Vincent Anthony Geppi, III, Christopher Liberto and Angelina Seeds; and eight great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death four sisters and three brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am Monday, January 15, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery Mausoleum with military honors being rendered by the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
