Trevor Stanley, 45, of New Oxford, passed away peacefully at UPMC Hanover Hospital following a period of declining health.
Born on Friday, November 9, 1973 in Baltimore, he was a son of Deborah Prieber Helmick and Bruce E. Helmick of Hanover. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Edward Prieber and paternal grandparents, Vernoy and Ruby Stanley. Trevor enjoyed playing, writing, singing and listening to music. He was also a gifted artist and had attended the Jenkins Memorial Church in Pasadena, MD.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, is a daughter, Ella Skerenchak-Stanley and her mother, Lindsay Skerenchak, of Glen Burnie, MD; maternal grandmother, Peggy Prieber; a brother, Troy Stanley, Jr. and his wife, Karen, all of Pasadena, MD; and two nephews, Adrian and Jonas Stanley.
