Tom Eichstadt, Sr., 87, of Milford, OH, husband of Alma Eichstadt, entered into God’s eternal care on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at UPMC Hanover Hospital.
Born on Saturday, December 24, 1932 in Cincinnati, OH, he was a son of the late John L. and Hazel Brewsaugh Eichstadt. Tom received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and was employed by Baldwin Piano and Organ as a sales representative for many years. He proudly served his country as a Captain with the US Air Force and was a member of a Cincinnati area Masonic Lodge, and the Milford (OH) First United Methodist Church, where he enjoyed singing in the choir. In his younger years, Tom served as a camp counselor in Michigan and enjoyed fishing, water skiing, swimming and traveling.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 65 years, are two children, Tom Eichstadt, Jr. and his wife, Becky, of Batavia, OH and Laura Trent and her husband, Al, of Westminster, MD; and two grandsons, Dylan Bedwell of Hampstead, MD and Daniel Bedwell of Westminster, MD.
A memorial service will be held in Milford at a later date.
