Thomas R. Moul, 80, of Hanover entered into God’s eternal care Thursday, July 22, 2010 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis M. (Leese) Moul.
Born August 23, 1929 in Hanover, he was a son of the late D. Gemmill Moul and Aileen (Ross) Moul Thomas. Mr. Moul was a 1947 graduate of Eichelberger High School and served with the US Navy during the Korean War. He was an electrician with Swam Electric Company for 42 years, and was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and the Harold H. Bair American Legion Post # 14.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 55 years, is a son, Craig T. Moul and his wife Linda, a daughter, Caryn M. Bunty, all of Hanover; a brother, Robert G. Moul and his wife, Mary Ann, of Fredericksburg, VA; a half-sister, Mary “Mitzi” Cookerly and her husband, Fred, of Hanover; and two grandchildren, James A. Moul of Hanover and Sarah E. Moul of Fort Bragg, NC.
Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 26, 2010 at Marburg Memorial Gardens with The Rev. Dr. Daniel M. Yeiser officiating. Military rites will be rendered by the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
