Theresa F. (Wetzel) Harbold, 61, of Hanover, beloved wife of Paul E. Harbold, Jr., entered into God's eternal care on Friday, May 1, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in Gettysburg.
Born on Tuesday, July 14, 1953 in Glen Rock, she was a daughter of the late Alpheus A. and Beulah R. (Sterner) Wetzel. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Butch Wetzel and a sister, Michelle Klinedinst.
Theresa was a graduate of South Western High School and a former employee of Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community and the Hanover Evening Sun. She was a member of the Hanover God’s Missionary Church and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 34 years, are two daughters, Kelly R. Lovell and her husband, Chris, and Patty J. Harbold and her companion, Gary Showers, all of Littlestown; four grandchildren, Renee M. Lovell, Tyra L. Lovell, Emily M. Showers and Lauryn E. Showers; a brother, Marlin Wetzel and his wife, Gwen, of Hanover; a step-son, Randy L. Harbold of York; a sister-in-law, Lois Wetzel; a brother-in-law, Fred Klinedinst; and four nephews.
The funeral will be held at 11 am Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover with The Rev. John M. Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Marburg Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at a viewing to be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A reception will be held at the Hanover God's Missionary Church, 1285 Hoff Road, Hanover, immediately following the committal service at the cemetery.
