Thaddeus M. "Butch" Grzymala Sr.
Thaddeus M. “Butch” Grzymala Sr., 78, of Hanover, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023 at UPMC Hanover.
Born on Thursday, September 14, 1944, in Baltimore, MD, he was a son of the late John and Bertha Andreasik Grzymala. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Jacqueline Grzymala; and three brothers, John, Felix, and Stanley Grzymala. Thaddeus was a a veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. He graduated from Parkville High School and worked for the Baltimore County Sheriffs and Giant Foods in Maryland. Thaddeus enjoyed old time radio shows.
Survivors include three children, Thaddeus Grzymala, Jr., Mina Early, and Norman Grzymala; four grandchildren, Brody Grzymala, Seth McCoy, Brooke Bell and her husband, Trae, and Blane Early; two great grandchildren, Layla and Micah Bell; three sisters, Antoinette Gonzalez, Joana Sercus, and Bertha Duket; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
