Stanley E. Bowman
Stanley E. Bowman, Sr., 86, of Hanover, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Cross Keys Village-The Brethren Home Community.
Born February 14, 1923 in Elkton, MD, he was a son of the late Wilbur and Mary Dunkin Bowman. He was formerly employed as a machinist for Schott’s Furniture and was a US Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Betty E. Martz; two daughters, Sarah Reed and Sherry Ridgely; one son, Stanley E. Bowman, Jr.; four grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
