Services: Following cremation, a memorial service will be held 8:00 p.m. Monday evening at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover.
Visitation: Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Robert C. Neiderer, 60, of Abbottstown entered into God's eternal care Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at his home. Born in Hanover on November 2, 1946, he was the son of the late Raymond Charles and Anna E. Wagaman Neiderer. In 1966, Mr. Neiderer enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served his country with pride and honor as a Corporal during the Viet Nam Conflict. Upon his return home from military service, he accepted a position with ESAB and after 38 years of employment, retired on January 1, 2007. Mr. Neiderer was a member of Hanover American Legion Post #14. He is survived by a son William R. Neiderer of Spring Grove and a sister Mary E. Brown of Hanover. Preceding him in death were two brothers Thomas and Patrick Neiderer. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held 8:00 p.m. Monday evening at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover. Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday morning at Conewago Chapel Cemetery, 30 Basilica Dr., Hanover with military honors by the Allied Veterans Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
