Robert Robin Coffey, 68, died Saturday, February 27, 2021 following an unexpected illness.
Born on Wednesday, April 2, 1952 in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Robert and Dorothy M. Ridgely Coffey. He was a veteran of the United States Army and had been employed as a diesel mechanic with Bosley, Inc. He was a member of the Harold H. Bair American Legion Post #14 and was baptized and held membership with the Church of the Open Door. An outdoorsman, he loved to fish and crab in the Chesapeake Bay and enjoyed a cold beer. Robert was quiet and a genuinely nice person who would do anything for anyone.
Survivors include his sister, Victoria Bosley; a niece, Brandi Bosley, both of Hanover and a nephews, Mark Bosley and his wife, Angie of Gettysburg.
Services will be private.
