Raymond L. Stuffle, 85, entered into God’s eternal care Friday, January 18, 2013 at Colonnade Senior Living Community,
Born November 25, 1927 in Union Township, he was the son of the late Roy L. and Mary Wentz Stuffle. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Nadine G. Stuffle, who died October 23, 2012; two brothers, Robert and John Stuffle; and a great-granddaughter, Kylie Darnsteadt.
Mr. Stuffle worked at Hanover Wire Cloth in Hanover and retired from SKF Bearing Industries in 1992. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on York Street, the Hanover Loyal Order of the Moose #227.
Surviving are two children, Jeffrey Stuffle and his wife, Mildred, of Collegeville and Deborah Brueckmann of Hewitt, NJ; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2pm Friday, January 25, 2013 at Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover with The Rev. Robert Burkhart officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1-2pm Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 127 York Street, Hanover, PA 17331.
