Quinton B. Richburg, 29, of Hanover, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Hanover Hospital following a brief illness.
Born on Thursday, December 11, 1986 in Bamberg, SC, he was a son of William M. Richburg of Bamberg and the late Leslie J. Turner Richburg. He enjoyed swimming and talking about his family. He had many friends that he would visit, both from York and from his TrueNorth Wellness home. Quinton had a big heart and often was described as kind, compassionate, generous and patient. Throughout the struggles in his life, he always handled everything with grace and never gave up, even when times were hard.
In addition to his father, survivors include two sisters, Christy Nimmons and Kelsey Mishoe; four brothers, Christopher and Lenward Chastity Nimmons and K.J. and Joshua Mishoe; a paternal grandmother, Eartha Sease; a maternal uncle, Lonny Turner; a maternal aunt, Dorothy Turner; numerous paternal aunts, uncles, and cousins; his very special extended family, Matt, Chris, Jaden, and Jaden’s brothers and sisters; a special friend and care giver, Susan Free of York; and many friends from the York and Hanover area.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date to be held in Bamberg.
