Perry A. Krenzer, 54, of New Oxford, died Thursday, October 20, 2011 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born September 14, 1957 in Hanover, he was a son of Mary L. Troiano Krenzer of Hanover and the late Jack E. Krenzer, who died in 2008. He was a 1975 graduate of South Western High School and had attended Penn State University. He was a former employee of Eisenhart Wallpaper and Tyco before becoming employed as a TPM Coordinator at Pella for the last 10 years.
As his passion was motorcycles, he enjoyed day trip and group rides. Many of those rides included visiting his family’s beloved cabin in Potter County. His heart was full of love and he gave a lot of that love to animals. He surrounded himself with the animals which he had rescued, which included Daisy, Baxter, Rosa, Charlie and his favorite, Buff.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion, Gale Dolly of New Oxford; three brothers, Scott E. Krenzer of Hanover, John E. Krenzer and his wife, Susan, of Orrtanna and Randall E. Krenzer and his wife, Virginia, of Seattle, WA; his maternal grandmothers, Hazel Ferguson of Gettysburg; his nephew, Paul Krenzer; two nieces, Jeanne and Dianne Krenzer and many devoted friends.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at St. John Lutheran Church, 13 E. Main Street, Fairfield with The Rev. Christopher Frye officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325-8108.
