Pearl Miller

Pearl Miller, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care Monday, October 3, 2011 at her home.



A native of Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Vincent Bonacci and Ida Spinella Bonacci Gazzo, and was the wife of 55 years to the late Raymond Miller, who died in 2003. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Dolores Napp and brother, Anthony Gazzo. She was a secretary for Maryland Farm Bureau in the Baltimore area for many years.



Mrs. Miller was a faithful member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She could be seen doing volunteer work at the church’s thrift store and at various other organizations. She enjoyed traveling around the country with her husband in their motor coach.



Survivors include two sons, Mark T. Miller and his wife, Mary Lou, of Baltimore, and Michael S. Miller and his wife, Karen, of Hanover; one daughter, Christine M. Crouch and her husband, John, of Manchester, MD; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Friday, October 7, 2011 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with The Rev. Jeffrey F. Thoms celebrating. Following cremation, a committal service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 E. Padonia Road, Timonium, MD.



The family will receive friends at a viewing to be held 2-4:00 pm and 6-8:00 pm Thursday at Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover, with a prayer service to follow at 8:00 pm.



Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 220 Third Street, Hanover, PA.
