Nancy J. Stovall, 86, of New Oxford, loving wife of Walter Stovall, Jr., passed away peacefully on Monday, March 20, 2017 at The Brethren Home Community.
Born on Saturday, July 12, 1930 in York, she was the daughter of the late Herold and Margaret Arnold Graff. A 1949 graduate of Dormont (PA) High School, she was a former employee of the C & P Telephone Company in Hyattsville, MD before retiring from Duron Paints in Beltsville, MD in 1989. Nancy was gifted with her hands and enjoyed painting ceramics and working in her garden.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 59 years, are three children, Gail Stovall and her husband, Mark Slebodnik, and James Stovall and his wife, Lisa, all of Columbia, MD, and Craig Stovall and his wife, Stacy, of Pittsburgh; four grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Daniel and Andrew Stovall; and a cousin, Mary Toomey and her husband, Ronald, Mount Wolf.
A private service for the family is planned.
