Nancy C. McGee, 74, of Hanover, beloved wife of Michael McGee, passed away peacefully and entered into God’s eternal care on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at UPMC Pinnacle Hanover with her husband by her side.
Born on Thursday, October 17, 1946 in Cookeville, TN, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Clarke and Ruth Jernigan Clarke. Following her graduation from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI, she worked as a registered nurse for many years. A member of the Catholic faith, she enjoyed traveling, especially Assateague Island to see the wild horses and going on cruises.
In addition to her husband of more than 20 years, survivors include four children, Christine McGee, of Traverse City, MI, Michael Alan Pryce and his wife, Kim, South Rockwood, MI, Michelle McGee of Virginia Beach, VA, and Michael Brandon McGee and his wife, Amelia, of San Pedro, CA; eight grandchildren, Joshua, Katie, Michael Alan, Jr., Zachary, Thomas, Ella, Leo and Kodie; four great-grandchildren, including a baby due in February 2021.
