Nadine L. Baum, 100, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Pinnacle Health West Shore Hospital.
Born on Friday, October 13, 1916 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Oliver R. and Dora Molison Luckenbaugh. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Kenneth A. Baum, Sr., who died in 2001, and her brothers and sisters.
Nadine was a 1934 graduate of Eichelberger High School and was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. She took great pleasure in reading.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth A. Baum, Jr., and his wife, Barbara, of Mechanicsburg and Michael A. Baum of Hanover; four grandchildren, Michelle Harter and her husband, Michael, Amanda Hock, Timothy Baum, and Kandace Speicher and her husband, Matthew; and five great-grandchildren, Matt Harter, Ally Hock, Sarah and Olivia Baum, and Violet Speicher.
The funeral will be held at 11am on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover with The Rev. Peg Grzelkowski officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
