Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00am Friday at Annunciation BVM Catholic Church.
Visitation: A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover.
Michael A. Kuhn, 61, of McSherrystown, died Tuesday afternoon, July 24, 2007 at Hanover Hospital. Born in Hanover on May 16, 1946, he was the son of the late Alfred and Helen Mae Brown Kuhn. For the past 30 years, Mike worked in maintenance at St. Joseph Academy in McSherrystown. Even when not at his job, he was an extremely hard worker and would do anything to help his family and friends. When he did take time for himself, he enjoyed doing crossword and word puzzles. He especially liked to spend time relaxing in Kitty and Dale's yard admiring their 1000's of daylillies. He was a member of Annunciation BVM Catholic Church in McSherrystown. Mike was a loving brother to Verley Kuhn, Raymond and Dolly Kuhn, William and Margaret Kuhn, Daniel and Sandy Kuhn, Shirley Kuhn, Nancy Kuhn, Emma Kuhn, Sharon Kuhn, Rosalie and Pedro Santana, and Gladys Myers all of Hanover; Francis and Dawn Kuhn of East Berlin, Patrick and Connie Kuhn, Charlotte Smith, Diane and Hugh Hoffman of McSherrystown; Loretta Weaver of Gettysburg; Carlin and Dale Thomas of Littlestown. He is also survived by 33 nieces and nephews; 44 great nieces and nephews, and 22 great great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Helena Reck and his brothers Alfred, and James. Serving as Pallbearers will be Philip Kuhn, Jeffrey Kuhn, Derrick Kuhn, Robert Reck, Benjamin Myers, Jacob, Hoffman, Robert Weaver Jr., and Samuel Smith Jr.
