Mary L. Millheim

Mary L. Millheim, 82, of Hanover, beloved wife of Edwin L. Millheim, entered into God’s eternal care on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at Wellspan York Hospital.

Born on Thursday, May 28, 1942 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Anna Sterner Sullivan. Mary was a 1961 graduate of Littlestown High School and had served as the class’s secretary and treasurer for 51 years. She later graduated from the Kendell Cosmetology School in 1961 and was also a member of the Grace Church of Hanover.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of 53 years, are two sons, Scott D. Millheim and his wife, Enyoung, and Marc E. Millheim and his wife, Christy; a sister, Lois A. Miller; two grandsons, David and Charles Millheim; three step-grandchildren, Ben and Jack Barrett and Lauren Byrne; and two step-great-grandchildren, Bentley Schultz and Killian Scott.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at the Grace Church of Hanover, 55 Albright Drive in Hanover with The Rev. Todd A. Christine officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
