Mary L. Laughman
Mary L. Laughman, 81, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care on Monday, January 18, 2021 at home surrounded by her family.
A native of Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Flickinger Bossom. Gifted with her hands, Mary made crafts of all kinds, but most of all, she was a loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include seven children, Eugene Laughman and his wife, Patricia, of Beavertown, LuAnn Rife of Hanover, Susan Trimmer and her husband, James, of New Oxford, Cornell Laughman and his wife, Danette, Terry Laughman, Priscilla Hoffman and her husband, Thomas, and Charles Laughman and his wife, Sally, all of Hanover; three brothers, Robert Bossom and his wife, Ruth, Walter Bossom and Steven Bossom, all of Hanover; a sister, Sylvia Snead of Hanover; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, James Laughman; a brother, Larry Bossom; and a sister, Barbara Bachman.
A private service is planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157 or to the York County SPCA, 3159 N. Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.
