Mary Jane Bollinger

Mary Jane Bollinger, 94, formerly of Littlestown, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at The Village at Utz Terrace.
Born on Thursday, January 5, 1922 in Littlestown, she was a daughter of the late Thomas E. Staley, Sr. and Enzie Crouse Staley. She was the wife of the late John S. Bollinger, who died in 1982, and was also preceded in death by a sister, Anna Louise Frock and a brother, Thomas E. Staley, Sr.. She was a 1939 graduate of Littlestown High School and was a member of Redeemer United Church of Christ. Mary was a former employee of IH Crouse and Sons of Littlestown. She enjoyed learning and teaching about genealogy and had donated her life’s work to the Adams County Historical Society.
Mary is survived by her nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1 to 2 pm Monday, October 17, 2016 at Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover. Burial will be held privately at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
