Marlita Lynn Costa

Marlita Lynn Costa, 56, of Hanover, formerly of Glen Rock and Baltimore, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at UPMC Pinnacle- Hanover.

Born on Tuesday, June 12, 1962 in Baltimore, she was a daughter of Frank J. Pilkerton of Parkville, MD and Barbara J. Piccione of Sarasota, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 14 years, James Arthur Costa, who died in 2001. A graduate of Loch Raven High School, Marlita attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Towson, MD.

In addition to her parents, survivors include two sons, Max Costa of Parkville, MD and Josh Edwards of Timonium, MD; two brothers, Frank Pilkerton of Dundalk, MD and Bill Pilkerton and his wife, Joanne, of Parkville, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Following cremation, a memorial mass will be held at 11 am on Monday, June 25, 2018 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 8501 Loch Raven Blvd, Towson, MD.
