The funeral will be held at 11:00 Friday, January 2, 2009 at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover with The Rev. Thomas H. Jacobs officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery with military rites provided by the US Coast Guard.
Visitation:
The viewing will be from 10 am until the time of the service on Friday.

Zumbrum, 41, husband of Wendy Zumbrum, entered into God’s eternal care on Monday, December 29, 2008 at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Virginia Beach, VA.Born, May 23, 1967, in Williamsport, PA, he was a son of Robert and Nancy Zumbrum of Hanover. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy for 14 years followed by six years of service with the US Coast Guard. He fought for his country in both Gulf Wars. Mark was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hanover for many years.In addition to his wife and his parents, he is survived by his daughters, Crystal and Dana Zumbrum, both of Virginia Beach; his mother-in-law, Sandy Irwin; two brothers-in-law, Scott Shaffer and Shawn Irwin, all of Hanover; two uncles Jim Sellman of FL and Earl Zumbrum of Littlestown; four aunts, Betty Gordon, Mildred Eichelberger, Doris Zumbrum, all of Hanover and Patricia Riggle of CA; and many friends.
