Malvadean K. Forry, 78, of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Homewood at Plum Creek.
Born on Sunday, June 18, 1939 in Itasca, TX, she was the daughter of the late Cecil T. Knott and Margaret Kathryn Turner Knott Senft. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Forry, who died on November 2, 1981, and a brother, Cary D. Knott. Malvadean was a retired secretary for Utz Quality Foods where she had been employed for many years.
Survivors include a son, Rick A. Forry and his wife, Beth Fulco Forry, and a daughter, Robin K. Caler and her husband, Andrew, all of Hanover; three grandchildren, Jesse E. Forry of Hanover, Abigail J. Forry of York, and Adam R. Caler of Hanover; a brother, C. Daniel Knott and his wife, Joanie, of Sykesville, MD; and a sister-in-law, Lynn Kuhber Knott of Golden, CO.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Trinity United Church of Christ, 116 York Street, Hanover with The Rev. Peg Grzelkowski officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
