Louise A. McAtee, 84, of Hanover, died Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Cross Keys Village—The Brethren Home Community.
Born on August 29, 1925 in Horseheads, NY, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Crete Riley McAtee. In 1969, she moved to Gettysburg, PA, and she became employed at Gettysburg College in the Printing Office, where she was the typesetter and composer for the professors. She later retired in 1987.
She is survived by her sister, Kathleen Knapp and her husband, Richard of Hanover and several cousins. She was preceded in death by a sister, Eldene McAtee in 2008.
All services will be private. Burial will be in St. Mary Our Mother Cemetery in Horseheads.
