Lisa A. Strausbaugh, 49, of Edgewater, FL and formerly of Hanover, PA, died Friday, April 25, 2014 at Halifax Health Hospice in Edgewater following a brave battle with cancer.



Born on June 10, 1964 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Ralph E. Wagner and Dorothy Miller Wagner Klinedinst. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Mahlon "Bud" Klinedinst.



A 1982 graduate of Hanover High School, she was employed by Volusia County Schools at New Smyrna Beach High School. She attended FaithWorld Church in Orlando.



Lisa loved attending her church and was a strong woman of faith. She loved living in Florida and being miles from the beach. She always had a smile on her face and was loved by everyone who met her.



She is survived by her two daughters, Heather D. Strausbaugh of Hanover and Lindsay A. Strausbaugh of Edgewater, FL; two grandchildren, Benny and Lexi; four sisters, Bonnie McKim of Hanover, Linda Strausbaugh of FL, Margaret Stover of York and Judy Klinedinst of Hanover, several nieces and nephews and many close friends in Florida.



The funeral will be held at 11 am Friday, May 2, 2014 at Harvest Time Temple, 700 Black Rock Road, Hanover with The Rev. Fred Mummert officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Rose Cemetery, York. The family will receive friends at a viewing from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover and one hour prior to the service at the church.
