Linda D. Staub, 74, of Lancaster and formerly of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Lancashire Hall Nursing Center.
Born on Friday, July 5, 1946 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late John B. and Grace A. Sager Bell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack K. Staub, who died in 2014; two brothers, Carl and Robert Bell; and a sister, Deanna Duncan. Linda was a graduate of South Western High School and was a long time employee of Hanover Wire Cloth. She took great pride in her dedication to her family and raising her sons.
Survivors include three sons, Ricky L. Staub and his wife, Dawn, of Marion, Scott A. Staub and his wife, Sherri, of Hanover, and Todd K. Staub and his wife, Karen, of Strasburg; four grandchildren, Tyler Gobrecht, Austin, Zach and Korbyn Staub; two brothers, Jeffrey Bell, of East Berlin, and John Bell, Jr., of Hanover; one sister, Tammy Schrader, of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc., 311 Broadway in Hanover with Kasie J. Morris, Certified Celebrant officiating. The family will receive friends at a viewing to be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery. In compliance with health and public safety directives, those attending will be required to wear masks and be socially distanced. Attendance in the funeral home will be limited.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
