Linda J. Beverly

Linda Jean Beverly, 73, of Hanover, wife of Ronald L. Beverly, entered into God’s eternal care on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at her home.

Born on Monday, December 27, 1948 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Harry Gene Fritz and Betty Jane Lippy Essich. A 1966 graduate of Hereford (MD) High School, she worked for many years as a bookkeeper and was also a real estate agent in Carroll County. Linda was a member of St. Abraham’s Lutheran Church in Hampstead and the Women of the Moose at the Hanover Loyal Order of Moose # 227. She and her husband rescued three dogs, Gunnie, Toby and Baxter. Linda dearly loved camping and going to the beach.

In addition to her husband of 55 years, she is survived by two daughters, Wendy Bowers of Frederick, MD and Tina Poole and her husband, Johnny, of Hanover; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Harry Gene Fritz, Jr.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 25, 2022 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 4300 Church Road, Hampstead, MD with The Rev. Dot Lundgren officiating.
