John Scott Timcheck

John Scott Timcheck, 72, of Hanover, loving husband of Cassie Timcheck, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at his home.

Born on Monday, July 28, 1952 in Uniontown, he was a son of the late Joseph Paul Timcheck and Anna Baluch Timcheck. John was a teacher with the Hanover Public School District for more than 30 years, retiring in 2005. He was a member at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, and was an avid outdoorsman where he loved hunting, fishing and spending time in the woods.

In addition to his wife of 50 years, survivors include two sons, Scott Timcheck and Michael Timcheck and his wife, Susan; and three grandchildren, Loreli, Benjamin and Eloise.

A private service is planned.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Green Springs Rod and Gun Club, 645 Ledger Dr. Hanover, PA 17331.
