Joan Loretta “Jo” Krumrine, 76, of Spring Grove, beloved wife of Edwin A. Krumrine, entered into God’s eternal care Friday, June 11, 2010 at Rest Haven Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in York.
Born October 8, 1933 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Blanche Kahlbaugh McMaster, and was also preceded in death by a brother, John McMaster. She was a member of Mount Carmel Lutheran Church and enjoyed sewing, gardening and motorcycle riding.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 52 years, is a daughter, Kelly Neubecker of Alexandria, VA; a son, Charlie Baker of New Oxford; two step-daughters, Donna Clouser, and Cathy Krumrine both of Hanover; a step-son, Jay Krumrine of Hanover; three sisters, Delores Hansen of Mifflinburg, Evelyn Howe of East Berlin, and Joyce Burgess of Greenville, SC; one brother, Harry McMaster of Illinois; and six grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the Mount Carmel Lutheran Church with The Rev. David L. DeLong officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The viewings will be held 6-8:00 PM Tuesday at the Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover and 10-11:00 AM Wednesday at the church. Serving as pallbearers will be Donald Frock, Jerry Yost, Dennis Mackie, Glenn Longstreth, Larry Moul, and Jeff Anderson.
