Jeffrey C. Taylor, 68, of Hanover, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at UPMC Gettysburg Hospital.
Born on Friday, November 21, 1952, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Emma Hood Taylor. A graduate of Dulaney High School in Timonium, MD, he worked as a plumber for many years and was a car enthusiast.
Survivors include his wife, Rosa Taylor; a sister, Lynn Taylor and her husband, Mark Gross; nephews Travis Askins and Matthew Taylor-Gross: a niece, Robin Sedar and her husband, Eric; a great-niece; and two great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Taylor Grubb.
