James A. Weaver, 42, of New Oxford, PA died unexpectedly on Sunday, September 14, 2008. Born on February 25, 1966 in Hanover, he was the son of Hazel Rimel Weaver and the late Samuel D. Weaver, Sr, who died in 1975.He had been employed at Klein's Auto Salvage and more recently worked for RH Sheppard Co. He was a member of the McSherrystown Moose #720 and the Hanover VFW. He enjoyed working on cars and he liked to draw.In addition to his mother, survivors include his 2 daughters, Samantha Lynn Weaver and Nicole Hale, both of New Oxford; a brother, Samuel D. Weaver, Jr and his wife Margie of Hanover; four sisters, Karen Bollinger and her husband Jim of New Oxford, Wanda Castro and her husband, Nativitad of Waco TX, Victoria Arentz and her husband Tom of New Oxford, and Patti Morris and her husband Mike of Hanover; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the trust fund that will be established for his daughter.
