James "Mickey" Chrisley

James “Mickey” Chrisley, 70, beloved husband of Lisa L. Geldmacher Chrisley, peacefully entered into God’s eternal care on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at his home.

Born on Wednesday, January 21, 1953 in Abbeville, SC, he was a son of the late Charles Alvin, Sr. and Ellen Ruth Martin Chrisley. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Martin Keith Chrisley. James was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of LCBC Church in Hanover, and was a graduate Calhoun Falls High School. He worked for Lowe’s in Hanover for 20 years.

Survivors in addition to his wife of 32 years are five children, Amy Adams and her husband, Eric, Amanda Canupp and her husband, David, Steven Chrisley and his wife, Stephanie, Gabrielle Chrisley and her companion, Zachary, and Madison Chrisley; six grandchildren, Samantha and Katie Adams, Delaney and John Carter Canupp, and Lillith and Sebastian Chrisley; three siblings, Charles A. “Pete” Chrisley, Jr. and his wife, Donna, Anna McClain and her husband, Mitchell, and Sherri Moss and her husband, Ron; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved dogs, Finn and Luna.

A service will be held at 10 am on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover with Pastor Dan Puz officiating. Viewings will be held from 2 to 4:00 pm and 6 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home on Thursday.
