Gregory D. Blank, 56, of Abbottstown, passed away at his home.
Born on Saturday, September 7, 1963 in Lancaster, he was a son of Elizabeth M. Blank Graham of Venice, FL and the late Donald C. Blank. Gregory received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. He discovered the art of log hewing and began to build a workshop at his home from hand-hewn logs.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Stephen D. Blank and his wife, JoAnne, of Appleton, WI; step-father, Douglas A. Graham; a step-brother, Douglas A. Graham, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth, of Pittsburgh; two step-sisters, Elizabeth A. Frederick and her husband, Lee, of Loveland, OH, and Stephanie Fabrizio of Jeffersonville, IN; a niece, Nikki DuRussel and her husband, Ryan; and a great-niece, Annemie DuRussel, all of Indianapolis, IN.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
