Glenn A. Phillips, 67, of Hanover, peacefully entered into God’s eternal care on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at his home.
Born on Thursday, January 3, 1952 in Hampstead, MD, he was a son of the late Albert A. and Pansy Graham Phillips. He was a 1970 graduate of North Carroll High School and always enjoyed working with his hands. Glenn loved animals, was a care giver for his parents and was always available to lend a hand to anyone who needed a little help.
Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years, Alicia A. Phillips; a step-son, Justin Frock of Hanover; two step-grandchildren, Aiden and Charity Frock; two brothers, Carroll Phillips and his wife, Carolyn, of Lineboro, MD and Albert A. Phillips and his wife, Donna, of Colorado; a brother-in-law, William Perrier; a sister-in-law, Sherri Shaffer; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
