Geraldine M. Reinhart
Geraldine M. “Gerry” Reinhart, 81, of New Oxford, went Home to be with her Savior, Jesus, on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at her home.
Born on Thursday, August 1, 1940 in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late Harry D. and Erlene Rinehart. She was also preceded by her husband of 36 years, William C. Reinhart, who died in 1993; a son, Sean M. Reinhart; two brothers, Donald Rinehart and Harry Rinehart, II; and two sisters, Joan and Barbara Rinehart. Devoted to her family, Gerry was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who served Jesus her entire life. She attended Mountain Top Ministries in Orrtanna, and enjoyed singing, cooking, fishing, being outdoors and watching sunsets.
Survivors include five children, Donald E. Reinhart, Ramona R. Swope and her husband, Jeffrey, William C. Reinhart and his wife, Donna, all of New Oxford, Gwendolyn M. “Wendy” Krichten of East Berlin and Chris V. Reinhart and his wife, Lisa, of New Oxford; five grandchildren, Jarred M. Swope, Justin T. Swope, Cody D. Reinhart, Zebulon J. Krichten and Ashton E. Reinhart; two great-granddaughters, Athena and Ezrah Mae Swope; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Top Ministries, 200 Church Road, Orrtanna, PA 17353.
