Francis D. "Junior" Groft
Francis D. “Junior” Groft, 85, of Gettysburg, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at Genesis- The Gettysburg Center.
Born on Tuesday, October 4, 1938 in South Mountain, PA, he was a son of the late Francis J. Groft and Ruth E. Sponseller Groft. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, James E. Groft and Gervace L. Groft. Junior retired from Hanover Mall and was of the Mormon faith. He enjoyed trains, country music, and western movies.
Survivors include seven siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, no services are planned at this time.
