Francis C. “Frank” Perrin, 78, loving husband of Juliann Perrin of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care Thursday, November 1, 2012 at York Hospital.
Born February 10, 1934 in Baltimore, he was a son of the late Norman and Lillian “Lil” Rich Perrin. He was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph High School in Baltimore.
Mr. Perrin was a retired Chief Warrant Officer in the US Army, serving with the Nike-Hercules Air Defense Detachment. Following his retirement, he enjoyed farming and actively trading on the stock market. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 26 years, is a daughter, Patricia Mathis-Oster; a son, Michael C. Perrin; two step-sons, Damon and Duane; a grandson, Francis C. Perrin, III; and a sister, Lillian Miller. He was preceded in death by a son, Francis C. “Frankie” Perrin, Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Monday, November 5, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5125 Grandview Road, Hanover with The Rev. James E. Lease serving as celebrant. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery with military honors being rendered by the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends at a viewing to be held 10-11:00 am at the church.
