Frances H. Dull, 76, of Biglerville, entered into God’s eternal care on Monday, August 12, 2024 at Wellspan York Hospital.
Born on Sunday, February, 15, 1948 in Elkin, NC, she was the daughter of the late Arl and Virginia Bailey Andrews. Frances was a graduate of the Hanover LPN School and for many years, she loved her job as an LPN, helping others and later volunteering at her doctor’s office in York giving Covid vaccines among other things. She also enjoyed traveling, having been around the world, and had a passion for horses and spending time with her puppy, Benji.
Frances is survived by her companion of more than 22 years, Mervin R. Kunkel, Jr.; two daughters, Christi Hall of Abbottstown and Tammy Racine and her husband, Joe, of Biglerville; grandchildren, Alisha Shank, Dillan Fahs, Steven Hall and Justin Shultz; great-grandchildren, Emily and Lucas Shank; and a brother, John Andrews of Biglerville.
A private service is planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
