Emily Elizabeth Little

Emily Elizabeth Little, 8, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center.

Born on Monday, October 16, 2006 in York, she was a daughter of Larry Little of Jefferson and Danielle Renee Little of Hanover. She was attending New Oxford Elementary School and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Emily loved to cuddle and socialize with new people. She was known by her smiles and giggles, and was always amused by different and funny noises.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Arianna Little of Hanover; two brothers, Tyler and Colton Little of Jefferson; maternal grandparents, Anthony and Darlene Funk of Hanover; paternal grandparents, Ted and Tina Myers of Jefferson; maternal great-grandmother, Pauline O’Donnell of Hanover; and six loving and supportive family nurses, Liberty Schmader, Brady Schaner, Joseph Boone, Randy Agravante, Becky Sheely and Mary Walker.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am Thursday, March 26, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5125 Grandview Road, Hanover celebrated by The Rev. Philip Burger. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. The family will receive friends at a viewing to be held from 5 to 8 pm on Wednesday at Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover. The rosary will be recited at 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
