Douglas Duke Warner, 49, of York, formerly of Hanover entered into God's eternal care 10:35 P.M. Wednesday evening, April 25, 2007 at York Hospital. Born in Hanover on November 12, 1957, he was the son of William L. and Phyllis Gobrecht Warner. Duke graduated from Hanover High School with the class of 1976. In addition to his parents, he is survived by 3 sisters Carol Wilson of Hanover, Karen Rambo of Pequea, PA, Robin Lumsargis of Dover, 3 brothers Stephen Elicker of Hanover, Kevin Warner of Las Vegas, NV, and Nelson Warner of Hanover also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Marsha Elicker. A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday at Rest Haven Cemetery, Westminster Ave., Hanover. There will be no viewing. Rev. Bradley E. Rentzel will officiate. Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 118 Pleasant Acres Rd., York, PA 17402.
