Dorothy Susan France, 74, of Thomasville, wife of William R. France, died Sunday, January 13, 2019 at ManorCare South in York.
Born on Monday, May 15, 1944 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Renford R. and Velma P. Withrow Casto. Dorothy was employed at Perkins in Hanover as a baker.
Survivors include three children, Colin Feeney of Colorado, David Michael Feeney of Baltimore, MD and Kimberly Jago and her husband, Jason, of Hanover; one brother, Gene Casto of Georgia; and one niece, Chelsea Sell of Hampstead, MD. In addition to her late parents she is also preceded in death by her stepfather, Harold Sell and one brother, Joseph Sell.
A private service is being planned.
