Dora Davis, 83, of Oxon Hill, MD, loving wife of Wayne Davis, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Clinton Healthcare Center in Clinton, MD following a lengthy illness.
Born on Saturday, October 9, 1937 in Germany, she was a daughter of the late Fritz and Emma Geppert. The last of her generation, Dora was preceded in death by her eight siblings. She enjoyed caring for her family, and always loved to spend time with her granddaughter.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 56 years, is a daughter, Heidi Davis VanVliet and her husband, Robb; and a granddaughter, Katie VanVliet, all of York Springs.
A private service will be held.
