Donna Marie Loges, 92, of Hanover, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Homewood at Plum Creek.
Born on Sunday, January 8, 1922 in Missoula, Montana, she was a daughter of the late George and Mabel Newgard Nord. She was a retired employee of the US Department of Agriculture in Washington, DC. Donna volunteered for many years at The First Presbyterian Church of Arlington, Virginia after retiring from federal service. She enjoyed hobbies of rug-hooking, cross-stitch and antiquing.
Survivors include her two sons, Michael L. Loges and his wife, Lois, of East Berlin, and Steven G. Loges and his wife, Margaret, of Palmetto, FL; a sister, Joan Broas of Boynton Beach, FL; two grandchildren, Lesley Scheitlin and her husband, Brad, of Baltimore, MD, and Melinda Loges and her husband, David Morris, of Edgewater Park, NJ; a great-grandson, Luke Scheitlin of Baltimore; two step-grandchildren, Sarah Perrier and her husband, Raphael, and Daniel Irwin and his wife, Kim; and two step-great-grandchildren, Camille and Emma Perrier, all of St. Petersburg, FL.
Services and burial will be held at 11 am Monday, June 30, 2014 at the Borgholm Cemetery in Bock, MN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ahlzheimer’s Association, 3544 N. Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9638 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
