Dennis Lee "Denny" Dingle

Dennis Lee “Denny” Dingle, 69, loving husband of Anna Dingle, entered into God’s loving care on Friday, September, 27 2024 at Wellspan Hospital in Chambersburg.

Born on Saturday, July 16, 1955 in Waynesboro, he was a son of the late Lester Roy Dingle and Doris Virginia Haugh Dingle. Dennis was also preceded in death by a grandson, Keegan Dingle. He was a graduate of Catoctin High School in Thurmont, MD and was employed as a small engine repairman for the city of Frederick, MD. Dennis was a lifetime member of the Blue Ridge Sportsman Association and enjoyed riding his Harley and fishing for flathead catfish. He enjoyed being with his dogs and dearly loved his grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of nearly 42 years, is a daughter, Heather M. Shillingburg and her husband, Jason; a son, Christopher Eric Dingle and his wife, Erin; eight grandchildren, Cody, Mikayla, Logan and Gavin Dingle, Rachael Meredith and her husband, Daemyen, Kali Smith, and Eva and Bryson Shillingburg; a great-granddaughter, Lisa Meredith; a brother, Gary Dingle and his wife, Erin; his mother-in-law, Ruby Jane Biddinger; a nephew, Shawn Dingle and his wife, Mindy, and their children, Jack and Luke; a niece, Kerry Dingle and her husband, Richard Lashford, and their children, Alex and Owen; and very dear friends, Jake Belcher and his companion, Cathy McGlaughlin, and Butch and Tammy Ramsburg.

As per his wishes, no services are planned.
