Debra Kay Carbaugh

Debra Kay Carbaugh, 64, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at UPMC Pinnacle Hanover Hospital.

Born on Wednesday, March 23, 1955 in York, she was a daughter of Royce and Pearl Clapper Sebring of Dover. Debra had a passion for baking and cooking and making sure that everyone was well fed.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Ralph Carbaugh; two children, Lisa Monn and her spouse, Doug Leese, of Hanover and Rick Monn and his spouse, Brittany Lane, of Dallastown; five grandchildren, Jessie Carbaugh, Brittany and Courtney Leese, and Gwendalyn and Sara Monn; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Rodney and Rodger Sebring; a sister, Tammy Mummert; and numerous step-children, step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at a viewing to be held from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Panebaker Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to help defray her final expenses may be made to Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331.
