Deborah R. Molison, 71, of Hanover, beloved wife of Robert E. Molison, entered into God’s eternal care on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Hanover Hospital.
Born on Tuesday, February 22, 1944 in Lewistown, Deborah was a daughter of the late Samuel Jared and Margaret Catherine Renninger Kauffman. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Sue Kauffman, and a grandson, Zachary Molison.
A devoted homemaker, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Deborah was a member of the First Baptist Church of Littlestown, and enjoyed reading, crocheting, and collecting Longaberger baskets.
In addition to her husband of 51 years, she is survived by three sons, Christopher Dexter Molison and his wife, Robin, of Hanover, Matthew Scott Molison of Belfast, ME, and Jeremy Lyn Molison and his wife, Melissa, of Hanover; nine grandchildren, Colton, Tyler, Jacob, Emily, Hannah, Megan, Katie, Morgan and Noah Molison; eleven siblings, Mary Bankert, Jean, Sam, Don, Ed, Bill, Alice, Anita, John, Jim and Tim Kauffman; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be held at 11am Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Hanover Church of the Brethren, 601 Wilson Avenue, Hanover with her pastor The Rev. Gary Bowers officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at viewings to be held from 6 to 8pm Tuesday at Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover and at the church one hour prior to the service.
